Well-qualified crew is the key to a high quality of operation both in respect of performance and economy. This is the most prospective direction of our business, because today Ukrainian seafarer's market is quite wide.

We provide Shipowners with skilled and well-qualified Ukrainian officers and crew. All our seafarers are certified in compliance with STCW-95 qualification requirements. Our wide and updated database gives the possibility to have in disposal highly-educated candidates for any type of ships. Seamen's selection procedure includes an interview, checking of professional abilities, previous sea service & references, level of English, certificates' validity. Our crewing processing includes arrangement of crews' joining and repatriation as well as all related functions, as required, including union relations, medical examinations, etc.

Ukrainian seafarers constantly increase their professional level in educational and training center based in Odessa National Maritime Academy. Certificates issued by the Odessa Training & Certification Centers are approved by DNV and recognized on the International Seafarers' Labour Market.
